      Pros

      I've been with the Connor Group for two years now and I've been given the ability to completely rebuild and reshape the direction of my department, turning in two of the most successful years in its history. That's truly what's great about this company: the opportunities are endless. If you're a motivated, self-starting individual willing to put the time in and work hard, the sky is the limit. Everyone here respects initiative and embraces dedication, and you truly can shape your own future.

      Cons

      I think ultimately like at any large firm with multiple departments and a vast field operation, there will always be struggles to have a cohesive and transparent strategy, and good interdepartmental communication. The company has made great strides in the last year to address some of its deficiencies at the management level, mainly centered around communication. It's exciting to see the progress and actioning of associate feedback.

      Pros

      The Connor Group is a fast-paced, goal driven company that always strives to be better. As a new employee I feel as though I have improved within my field immensely since starting at TCG. Great work is recognized and rewarded, poor work is recognized and constructively criticized.

      Cons

      Must be willing to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. Underperformance is never tolerated. Long time employees that underperform have been terminated in a moments notice.
