Pros

This is a great company to work for! Everyday comes with new challenges and opportunites for learning. If you are dedicated, hard working and enjoy challenges The Connor Group is the place for you to be. Don't expect to come here and sit back and collect a paycheck. The right people with the right attitude will go far with the company.

Cons

There are none, just work hard and have good ethics.

Bonus Potential, No Micro-management; Relationship building with upper management; knowledge gained of correct property management; the company is financially stable; Professional co-workers to work with

Cons

A lack of work/life balance; not enough staff for the property (sales & maintenance); a lot of turnover with all levels of employees (sales, maintenance & property management); there is not a short-term disability option with insurance; high insurance costs

Pros

Good training program, but too short of duration (not enough time in training) Holidays off, good bonus structure, decent pay There are some really good people in the company that work very hard and continue to do the right things for their team. The company is always trying to improve from their mistakes.

Cons

VERY long hours (summer time is crazy) High stress environment (lot's of pressure to meet sales goals) Turnover is high No HR department Your success can all depend on which property you are placed at. Never enough resources (time, payroll, staff, budget) to actually do your job Morale seems low
