Pros

Decent physical environment. Gym on site. Good healthcare benefits

Cons

Toxic leadership. Crabs in a bucket mentality. Expectations are vague and blurry. Shady hiring process for prospects. The terms are never laid out fully. No formal HR department which makes firing easier. Expected to work 10 to 12 hour days on salary to avoid overtime. Expected to be personal helpdesk for the owners family. Work life balance is non existent if you want to stay there.

It's unfortunate to hear you feel the majority of your experience with us was negative. However, many of the claims in this review do not reflect how we operate. We set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, and hold leaders accountable for developing their teams. We do not condone dishonesty or unprofessional behavior. The pace and hours can be intense at times, but that is tied to performance expectations, not a lack of structure or support. We take feedback seriously and will continue holding our leaders to a high standard in how they communicate, develop others, and operate day to day.

Pros

- I absolutely loved the team I worked with. Everyone genuinely supports one another, and it truly felt like a close-knit, family-style environment. - Having a weekday off is a nice perk, especially for running errands or scheduling appointments if you don’t mind working Saturdays.

Cons

- The performance goals felt unrealistic, and there was a consistent message that failure to meet them would result in termination. During visits from senior leadership, the work environment became especially tense and uncomfortable. I was ultimately let go due to performance metrics, despite never having had a formal conversation or coaching session about my numbers or specific improvement expectations. - The role is presented as a sales-focused position; however, sales make up only a portion of the daily responsibilities. Much of the day-to-day work involves operational tasks such as cleaning common areas and apartments, managing packages, and handling various resident concerns. For someone seeking a primarily sales-driven role, this position may not align with those expectations. - The commission structure offers limited earning potential. Unless you are the sole associate at the property, commission opportunities are minimal due to the way they are distributed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you valued the team you worked with. Performance expectations are communicated clearly, and coaching around results is a consistent part of our management approach. Like many property management roles, responsibilities extend beyond sales to include operational and resident-focused tasks, which are critical to running a successful community. While this environment is performance-driven and can feel demanding, our goal is always to pair high expectations with support, training, and clear communication.

Thank you for your feedback, however, some of the claims in this review are not accurate or reflective of how we operate. In our hiring process, we look for driven, high-character individuals who want to grow, lead, and make an impact. And contrary to what’s claimed here, many associates join and stay because of our benefits, not despite them. We are proud of the high-performing teams across our business and the culture they help build every day. We get that our environment isn’t for everyone, but we’re not ashamed of high standards—and we certainly won’t apologize for expecting professionalism and accountability.
