Pros

The team we have here is amazing! Everyone works really hard and brings great ideas to the table. I feel with this team anything is possible and we will be able to change the construction hiring game forever! There is nothing better than helping someone find a job that can change their life, while helping fix the construction industry labor crisis one hire at a time!

Cons

Eh, not so much. We get to work remote with flexibility. The owners are super cool. The pay is good and there are a lot of growth opportunities! The con is that it is hard work and that is not for everyone.
