I just want to express how amazing my journey here has been. I never imagined it would be like this. From day one, Ryan said during training, "This is something completely different from what you’ve done in the past." At the time, I understood that every job is different—but I didn’t fully grasp the depth of what he meant. Now I do. It’s been truly rewarding to work alongside the various LR and HSM teams. I’ve never once felt out of place or unsupported. I continue to be impressed by the dedication and effort everyone puts in each day to achieve the outstanding results we see. Thank you so much for allowing me to be part of this incredible journey. I’m genuinely grateful for every single person at TCC—both those I work with regularly and those I haven’t had the chance to collaborate with yet. Hopefully, that opportunity will come. I truly believe we wouldn’t be where we are without everyone’s hard work and commitment. Once again, thank you all!
