Pros

This is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked for and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years. I've never been with a company who listens to their employees and actually acts on what's asked. They pay attention to their employees and care about their well-being and are the most supportive group of people I've ever met. 10 out of 10 and will always recommend.

Cons

This is a very fast paste environment with rapid changes but you will always receive assistance when and if needed.
