Pros

- Highly collaborative. Teams work together and share ideas often - Trust between coworkers. Community and unity are big in terms of developing the culture of the organization. Employees share common values and care about one another - Fun. Lots of opportunities to laugh and have fun together with your teams. It's not a strict, cold work environment. People work really hard and have fun together - Vision is shared openly and freely. There's not a sense that the leadership team is off-limits or that they are giving orders to everyone. The leaders do a great job of including staff and sharing vision and goals for the organization and then allowing people time to discuss and process any questions

Cons

- Some of the jobs require weekend responsibilities due to church services and events happening on the weekend
