Pros

-Weekly pay -Good mobile app -Consistency with loads -Rental car to orientation -No driver facing camera -Free wifi at terminals but you constantly have to keep logging in -Inverters with power outlets

Cons

-Trucks governed at 65 on pedal and cruise -.42CPM with 1 year of experience -Dispatchers hardly ever answer phones/messages -Optimized idle that does not work -Forced to buy their locks, snow cleats and other things -Minimum 4 weeks out for 4 days home -No refrigerator in trucks -Extremely long and annoying orientation process -Loads you could finish in 1-2 days have appointments scheduled 2-3 days from pick up -No bonuses -Expensive healthcare -No vacation until after 1 year -No sign on bonus -Monthly fee for pets -Shop in Atlanta (I assume all terminals) is not 24/7 -Forced to fuel at Pilot/Flying J -Lane departure warning is over sensitive and will send an incident report to dispatch if you set if off too many times -Unrealistic following distance expectation
