I like my dispatcher and he seems to be pretty cool i even have his cell phone number

Cons

The planners here truly disgust me i get what i want but have to be an jerk due to the fact dispatcher be tryna look out for me but they figure its ok to say the screw that driver and dispatcher has no authority to assign loads so my issue here are the planners

Dart is not the company it used to be!!!

Pay is ok serious about safety

Cons

Bad CSA score. You will be stopped at every weigh station!!!! Dart will hire you for one route then switch you to OTR with no notice You will not see home sometimes days without a load. Dart used to be good but now they don't care about drivers anymore!!!
