There are a lot of nice people to work with. The Eagan campus is okay. It's tough to find good things to say.

Cons

Management is difficult to work with. Long hours. Little pay. Zero positive reinforcement. Depressing viewpoints. The executive team preaches Customer service. But then you are condemed for caring about the customer.

I really like the flexibility in hours, friendly co-workers and positive management. I also like the management and HR have an open door policy, always willing to help and listen.

Cons

Need to be more clear as to where Driver's are to be parking, they use the company employee parking which makes it difficult for us to find something in a timely fashion.
