Pros

Even as a company driver your pretty much your own boss. I don't know if I could have picked a better company to start out with. I don't regret working for them, but sometimes regret not staying with them. They even did their best to keep me going even when I moved out of the normal hiring area.

Cons

Would sometimes want me to do a load that I did not want and was out of the ordinary, but at least I was still able to decline it. And as with most trucking companies not as much home time as I would have liked.
