Not tons of growth opportunity in departments, low annual increases.

Very hands on internship. Did not need a whole lot of background knowledge before starting. Should know how to use Excel though.

Cons

Not a whole lot of work with an actual supply chain. I would suggest this internship for students that are not far along in their supply chain program.

Good entry level position to gain experience.

Cons

Low salary compare to industry. Company expects you to work a full 8 hours there, meaning a total of 9 hours when you include the 1 hour lunch. (Regardless if you take a full 1 hour lunch or not you are working 9 hours). If you are the type that are on top of your game and always gets things done early, you're still working the 9 hours.
