The family that owns Dart is genuinely interested in creating a positive and professional environment for everyone. They take pride in their company and want all stakeholders and customers to feel like Dart is providing a safe and high quality transportation service.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like there are mixed messages for how to pursue and accomplish some of the business strategies.

Only one...giving the opportunity to new student drivers to start their trucking careers even if they get under under paid. .

Cons

Poor communication, terrible management. .no terminals..bad trailers..poor pay (7.50 per hour) during training not even the minum wage in any state ..short runs with a lot of live loads and unloads wasting driver's time. .runs always fall short of real mileage driven..owner operators oriented company..regular company drivers are forgotten and get the bad loads. Benefits outrageous way too expensive.

Great pay for a college student. 6 weeks of training dealing with the entire company. Work very closely with a Mentor.

Cons

Some drivers are pretty awful to deal with. Some days are super slow as an intern as well.
