Pros

The easiest agency to join in Little Rock

Cons

The Design Group is TOXIC, RUDE, and BROKEN. The owners have been in the marketing world for a long time and are very knowledgable, but are unprofessional and disrespectful egomaniacs. I have seen every employee insulted and called out publicly. They show up late to work and hold you late. They say they care about you and your family, and they do, BUT they do not respect your time. People at TDG come and go. It is rare for someone to stay at the company long. People get fed up with the lack of respect and jump ship or quit marketing altogether. The CEO never fires people. Instead, he bullies them until they quit. You as an employee will never be able to put your best work into a project. Your ideas, designs, strategies will all be dismissed. Its the CEO's way ONLY. TDG has the potential to do great work, but due to the constant fires, last-minute projects, and poor team communication, it is rare for great work to leave the shop. HR is a title alone. Don't expect to get your employee benefits on time or be protected from a toxic work culture. The CEO always overpromises the clients, straining the employees he has. TDG charges less than other agencies and works to make the difference with more work. More work that his employees cannot handle. If you join TDG, you WILL experience the following: - Be cussed out - Be publicly insulted - Stay late putting out a fire, weekly - Be underpaid
