Pros
I've worked at TDR for over 2 years and can't say enough good things about it.
THE WORK: Challenging, stimulating, and rewarding. Employees get to work on a huge variety of projects with clients from all different industries. Leadership encourages and enables continued learning and supports employees who want to specialize in a certain niche (video, content, etc.). Proactiveness and resourcefulness are a must.
THE CULTURE: Not to rely on cliches (but to rely on cliches) — it's a work hard, play hard culture. But "work hard" doesn't mean insane hours (employees typically work 8:30-5:00). At TDR, "work hard" means "work smart," "work focused," and give it everything you've got while you're in the office. As for the "play hard"? We have summer hours (half-day Fridays), team events/outings (happy hours, laser tag, kickball, movie theater rentals), and more. Another note on culture — it's incredibly supportive and collaborative.
THE PEOPLE: Amazing — incredibly smart, genuine, caring. The TDR crew makes TDR the special company that it is.
Cons
Because TDR is still so young, the team is still in the process of standardizing certain processes and making them scalable.
