Easy to not do anything Job performance is not linked to accountability. You learn new skills because other departments don’t do their job and you will need to compensate.

No accountability No diversity Shoot the messenger culture when problems arise

ability to grow. Employees are encouraged and allowed to move around the different departments in their position of interest. you're constantly learning.

Not very flexible as far remote working.
