There are some good people there, buildings are prominent NYC buildings with high levels of sustainability.

Performed layoffs in an unprofessional and disorganized way, leaving people crying at their desks for hours until being dismissed. Company lacks professional leadership, specifically from the COO & HR. Isn't honest about their lack of revenue within the industry. Does not promote. Low pay. Favoritism.
