This Company Will Not Last

Pros

Some good people there, many others are just hired since the business is more of an adult daycare than a real company.

Cons

Worst COO in the history of COOs works here. The entire company is mismanaged and I have serious doubts it will even last much longer. They think their secrets stay in the company but the whole industry is talking about them and their horrible investment decisions right now. When you sit in a room and hear the way leadership makes decisions, it is truly frightening. Please stay away and go work for a developer who knows how to build successful ground up projects.

Their dedication to sustainability is great.

Cons

There was no work life balance, the culture is very hostile. Leaders in HR, are not exactly what you expect from HR. There is also no transparency. Jody Durst is amazing but the leaders below need to lead better.
