Pros
Everyone was very helpful when starting out. If I was stuck on a problem, I would consult other Programmer Analysts and discuss various ideas on how to resolve each issue. The work environment allowed me to be flexible since I could work remotely. I always felt welcome in the Emmes community and felt like I could bounce ideas off my coworkers without any backlash. Overall, this is a great place to work with open-minded individuals that will allow you to try different ideas in the work place.
