Reasonable travel and salary. NIH experience. Some good software.

Cons

Micromanagement is fierce. Team communication is poor. No autonomy. CRA turnover is high. Training limited - mostly NIH modules. Many managers have less experience and knowledge than subordinates. Too many useless emails. Staff not happy and environment stressful.
