Pros

They place people at production companies, hard labor jobs. They pay weekly but check your hours and paycheck each week. They don't always pay you the full hours you worked.

Cons

The recruiters are rude, no customer service skills and they really don't care. I actually worked for them in 2012 and they were great, went back to them in 2017 and now they don't care about the employees or the companies. It is labor work, they actually have to beg people to work for them (bribing off bronco tickets and raffle gift cards) you shouldn't have to bribe or beg to get people to work. The jobs should be reputable companies you would like to work for. The job should sell itself.
