Pros

- great coworkers - able to sit for majority of working hours - able to move up positions relatively quickly

Cons

- it's mimimum wage - further up positions do not come with pay bumps that match responsibility increases (at least in New York)

Flexible schedule, growth opportunities, fun work environment

No job security, remote position was basically relocated to Nashville and people were phased out if they couldn’t commit to working in store downtown
