Pros

Comradary amongst my coworkers - wfh 1 day a week - they live to feed their people chik-fila

Cons

Their culture is annoyingly naive - everyone is soft - the promote within and consider people who didn’t come from the stores to be outsiders. Management feels like a punch of immature teens with chips on their shoulders.

Pros

- Coworkers are nice - Work is rewarding

Cons

- Expectations to work outside your pay is high - Managers talk about how working there is like a family - On-call system so posted weekly hours aren't actual expected hours
