Great place, but still needs growth

Pros

They really care about their people and it's a fun work environment in the stores and at HQ. They really uphold their values and empower their people. Even though they have faults (who doesn't), for the most part they would own things. They are visionaries and hard workers! I have many fond memories from working here (from the job, coworkers, and leadership).

Cons

Some of the leadership did not jive well with me at HQ at the store level. They tended to micromanage even with good intentions. I didn't always feel trusted to do my job, even though my character and performance showed otherwise. Also, the plan would change quite a bit (which happens), however, it would be a 100% focus toward this thing and then the next day another thing would actually need all the effort.
