      flexible scheduling, servant leaders, room for growth

      Cons

      inconsistent hours (but mostly due to bookings), not a lot of diversity in leadership, but overall the company is inclusive, if you're not into a lot of feedback then this is not the place for you

      My co-workers were all amazing ... unfortunately most of them are also miserable in this job.

      Cons

      Breaks are often not given due to call outs and being understaffed and management is quick to schedule team members on clopens, and back to back doubles before actually coming into work to help themselves. You will be asked many times on your days off to come in and work and if you request have any days off in a week your manager will give you major push back and even make you feel guilty for not dedicating 100% of your time to this company (even though he is rarely in himself on busy days). To get any hours you are required to have full time availability however if you get another job to help your situation they may fire you for not having the specific availability they want. The pay is not worth working here full time at all.
