Pros
The team at TFG is one of the most welcoming and helpful teams I've worked with. Team members are willing to jump in and help with questions and projects. The company values aren't just a thing they post on the wall - they can really be seen among the employees.
In addition to company growth, leadership is also invested in the development of their team members. Because TFG is a growing company, there is a wealth of opportunities, with new positions and projects.
They're also unafraid of change. Even though processes and SOPs are in place, it's unlikely that you'll hear "Because that's the way we've always done it," in response to a good idea or recommendation.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like you're building the plane while it's flying, BUT that's a source of opportunity and flexibility within the organization.
