Pros

Family owned automotive group which means you're not just a number to them. The health care benefits are extremely good here. Never had to worry about not making enough money in a commission environment.

Cons

Biggest con is you're overworked and you do not get much vacation or mental health time. You get 10 days per year total and if you get sick it comes from those days. You can also work past closing time quite often.

expect conflict with managers, difficulty advancing career through brand training, little to no consistency through many day to day ongoings of the shop and depends heavily on which shop you work for w/in the organization
