Depending on your manager it can be a great place to work. Generally coworkers are pretty nice. You always stay busy. Great holiday parties and possible bonuses.
Hours are great, normal office hours. Good benefits.

If you don't get the right manager life can be miserable. Pay is okay...and you have to remind them about raises. End up doing a 5 person job for the pay of one.
