Pros

Culture, people, environment, and benefits. It’s a great company to work for. Many people go and stay until retirement. Good benefits, great perks especially on Toyotas. Fun events. They really invest in their employees

Cons

Hybrid schedule 4 days in one day out. Wish it was more flexible. They used to be very flexible but recently got strict on this policy. Pay is meh. Very siloed departments. Not a lot of governance.
