      Pros

      36.5 Work week Beautiful campus Fair wages and benefits Many fellow associates eager to work hard

      Cons

      Senior Management is completely disconnected with the staff. They don't value their employees (Even though that's the first line in the "values" stmt). Always understaffed. Always under the threat of being fired. No advancement opportunity. NO recognition for years of demanding hard work.

      Pros

      The company really values its employees, and places a high value on ensuring that there is a strong balance between their work and family life. The facilities are amazing, the cafe has great food, there is onsite Starbucks, a fully stocked gym, and a beautiful "backyard" with stocked pond for fishing and walking, as well as basketball courts.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rapid clip, perhaps a little too rapid for a handful of associates, who long for the "good old days" and struggle with the company's need to turn a profit and ensure those of us who like working here can continue into the future.

      Pros

      Work week is 36.5 hours. Work hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Mon -Thurs and 8:30 to 4:00 on Fridays. Facility is nice.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling for females and minorities is very low. They pay low also. The compensation plan dates back to 1998.
