GBS is a wonderful company that has steadily grown over the years. Large enough to have impressive contract awards yet small enough to celebrate birthdays and personal milestones with team members. Management is easy to work with, incredibly flexible, and encourages good company morale.

Pros

Great People to work with. The atmosphere is positive. There are lots of highly skilled designers and engineers there that are open and willing to help.

Cons

The only bad thing is job security. In this industry, it difficult to be assured that there will always be work. But the higher-ups do their best in a very challenging engineering field.
