Cons
David Garrison is a convicted pedophile, and he consistently is doing and sub par job. Charges more than other companies and isn’t helpful as an employer.

Looking back, there are zero pros to working here. I overworked myself for ungrateful people.
Cons
Sexists, even though they want to ATTEMPT to market themselves as women forward, but didn't even land. Will not listen to others. No actual feedback or critiques are given and will fire with out cause, but they don't want to get sued so they'll claim they have laid you off, but when you file for unemployment everything will get denied and you will find out no, they actually fired you without cause because you stood up for yourself and the brand voice. If you are a woman, minority or LGBTQ+ stay far away from this company.
