Regulars are fun, but clientele is specific to the community

Cons

The bar manager is a gossip, plays favorites, and has no clue how to manage. The other bartenders, when I was there, were snobby and clique-ish. They were not interested in working as a team.

My coworkers there were some of the best I have had in the restaurant industry

Cons

They will wring everything they can out of you for that 2.13 an hour. Sidework is exorbitant, and the tips were far from worth it.

Team/family - like environment, good regulars, good location and easy to make the drinks

Cons

Sometimes big groups are difficult when they want to all pay separately, people open and closing a tab for each drink. The POS system is really not efficient.
