Pros

- Free shift meal for back of house - Nice coworkers

Cons

- You don't really get feedback on your performance. - They do not give raises. - Some supervisors will only speak to you if something has gone wrong. - No PTO for my position which makes it tough if they cut hours. - While I was scheduled 35-40 hours a week, they said I wasn't full time to get out of giving me dental and PTO.

Pros

Fun staff, exciting job before the pandemic

Cons

Impossible to get a raise, so demand high start salary. Company is built like a frat house- the upper management and corporate structure is immature- company doesn’t solve its issues, just has a happy hour or cocktail event with management to try and make up for bad working conditions. Corporate Chef doesn’t listen to any suggestions and barely provides direction. Company puts workers at risk during Covid- no precautions taken to ensure safety of employees.
