I've worked at two different Goddard locations, and enjoyed the consistency throughout them.

Cons

Tend to abuse their workers. For example, I was hired and paid as Resource Staff, but when they were short staffed for long periods of time, they had me become a lead teacher. Much more responsibility, but my pay stayed the same.

Kids are loved and teachers play a very significant role in their growth. Necessary trainings and continuous constructive feedback is given to help improve oneself.

Cons

Lesser salary when compared to other schools.
