The schedule was pretty flexable

Cons

Some of the rules were downright rediculous to enforce, and the school very seldom backed up the teachers when speaking with the parents.

A place I can take pride in; will look good on my resume; all teachers are very compotent; management is willing to work with you to help resolve situations

Cons

Goddard QA rules don't necessarily comply with state regulations. Some rules seem contradictory.

Pros

It is a very laid-back environment and is an extremely awarding job! I look forward to going into work every morning. The hours are great too. 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6 Monday through Friday.

Cons

There is not really much room for moving up in the company unless you apply for a position in corporate.
