Pros

The product is great! Helping people feel better is rewarding for sure.

Cons

The compensation is the bottom of the barrel for specialty retail sales. Very high turnover because of no room for advancement- very low glass ceiling for retail. The CEO (owner) keeps trying to come up with something new yet has an altered vision of what actually works on a customer level. Accounting runs certain franchises so the customer experience can be stunted even though they train for good customer service- it's just a theory and numbers always trump customer service.

Pros

Quick Start and good opportunity earnings for new sales persons. Did not provide consistent opportunity to improve sales skills, poor communication from ownership to employee.

Cons

Company is not interested in growth and development of existing employees outside the corporate level. Job security is not performance based.
