Pros

- A lot of opportunity for a variety of creative work with local and national clients - The ability to work with a group of very nice, talented, and professional people - Small company (approx. 10 people), easy to get to know everyone easily - Good benefits and pay for a small company - A generous amount of vacation time - Very flexible work schedule, can work from home once a week - Great work/life balance, rarely have to work outside of normal hours - Company will pay for continuing education every year

Cons

- Not a lot of room for advancement, you really have to take it upon yourself to strengthen your weaknesses and speak up if you want to learn more or be a part of something - Since it's a small company, you end up doing a few different roles, whether you feel comfortable doing so or not. This could be a good thing too, depending on how you look at it

Pros

Working at The Grossbauer Group was always exciting and challenging. I was given the freedom to do my best. The owner and my coworkers always supported me and encouraged me and let me know how important my work was. The lessons I learned from the owner and the friendships I made will last me for the rest of my career.

Cons

None really, I really outgrew this position.
