The other co worker is great when you get to work the two days with him.

Cons

No guidance on jobs Only one full time employee while I was there Boss didn't work at all Jobs got done wrong due to wrong instructions given Ran out of work and had to do door hangers in the freezing cold

college kids are the hard workers there

Cons

Employees other than college kids in summer were totally lazy, and unqualified. One supervisor did not even have a license for a time, and an employee they hired had an ankle monitor for probation on. Another employee they hired did not even know how to start a push mower. Four day weeks were promised but never materialized.
