Sometimes the customers will try to ask you to do extra work without going through the chain, but that's not a problem with grounds guys

The employers are very upfront about expectations, work to do, and scheduling. They carry themselves with an open door policy and are understanding with employees. The starting pay is more than minimum wage, and they offer bonuses for being on time and for a job well done. Good work does not go unnoticed.

Cons

Sometimes the job can be high stress and everyone can be frustrated, mornings can get hectic when getting ready for the day. It is a customer oriented job, and customer service is of high importance.
