None. It is not a good place to work

Cons

If you enjoy being yelled at and constantly put down than this is place for you. The manager yells at the employees the majority of time. Expects you to know how everything works even on your first day. Don't do anything incorrectly or too slow or you will get reamed out and made to feel like crap. Hardly any training is provided.

Great work life balance, if you enjoy being in the outdoors this job is for you. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the hot or cold. Wes and Heston were wonderful to work for and I would definitely work with and for them again!
