Pros

The hands-on learning and flexibility were great. I got to try different things and pick up skills pretty quickly, especially since I came in with no experience. Overall, it was a good learning experience.

Cons

Management felt disorganized at times, and my direct supervisor started the same day I did, which meant there was often uncertainty about tasks and expectations.

Pros

Great work life balance, if you enjoy being in the outdoors this job is for you. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the hot or cold. Wes and Heston were wonderful to work for and I would definitely work with and for them again!
