Monday through Friday schedule. OK pay.

Cons

Job promotions are not based on merit; purely based on who you know, or who likes you. Many staff members were grandfathered in from previous companies that consolidated with TGC, and they are useless. Around 80% of the staff have no clue what they're doing.

There are a lot of dedicated people working here, and the campus is a neat place to work. There are MANY opportunities to heal the local community at TGC.

Cons

At least as of 2011, and I suspect things have changed with the sacking of the finance Co-CEO (let's not name names, but she was a real-life Sith Lord for sure), upper-management was inept and unable to properly govern with respect and intelligence. There were so many people being fired, staff were hiding in their offices crying.
