The revolving door does not just define CMH clients

Pros

Onsite trainings through the VCE and the clients who come in.

Cons

If management does not like you for whatever reason... They will run you out! They create fear in their employees so you feel as if you can never ask questions. When you do not know something, they will use it against you to the point of determination. The current average length of time for new employees before they quit is 3 months. The work load is intense. The average case load for one therapist is 100+. All therapists are burned out and frown upon for taking days off. You will never meet expectations for productivity and paperwork as they are unachieveable.
