Pros

Leadership is dedicated to making a positive impact on patients, employees, and the community. Mission driven organization that actually cares about employees and doing what is possible to create a positive/enjoyable work environment (understanding the reality that nowhere is perfect). Can only speak to non-clinical roles, organization is committed to continuous improvement. Lots of opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Non-profit healthcare system, so pay for non-clinical roles reflects this. As is true with any job in the current environment, work life balance can fluctuate.

Widespread burnout leading to high turnover

Pros

Great, well intentioned and hard working LPN, RNs, and doctors.

Cons

Outpatient clinics are run in a very disorganized manner with poor intercommunication while also aiming for robotic factory like performance & efficiency from their providers. Zero understanding & total apathy to the difficulties of the provider. Providers repeatedly get overwhelmed, burned out , and leave. No one knows anyone very long here.

Pros

Most people are hard working and work as a team besides a few

Cons

Pay, the additide, charge nurses do what they want and leadership. They force you to work every holiday. Not just every other. They dont acknowledge employees being truley sick even if their doctors say so. They refused to give a nurse her daisy nomination and blamed it on her leaving even after she was nominated. Before hand. They held it from her. They pay you 8 hours floating holiday pay when they force you to work 12 hours unless your a student. So 8 hours is a joke. The leadership scheduler, manager could care less if you have a fever, a family and have no reguard for a work life and home life balance. Short staffed because people dont wanna work in a toxic environment. They when leadership has to step up and be charge their rude and treat techs like there slaves and nurses demanding more and more. While they dont help out. Seems like leadership in not on board with Guthrie true policies and chose to do what they want. Same as nurses are not following protocol and some leadership doing things without an order while charge.
