Pros of working for The HOTH -Well organized systems and protocols for everything: The business runs smoothly -Awesome, goal-oriented people, employees, and managers -Cool young vibe -You get to learn a LOT while working here -Very flexible positions, you can find your niche and expertise and work on what suits you best as you progress

Cons

-Not a lot of cons except that it is a very fast-paced environment that is constantly changing, which could be difficult for some people who can't adapt fast
