Pros

Such an inclusive and supportive company. There are so many opportunities to learn and grow, all while being able to contribute to the success of your specific department and the business as a whole. Great perks and benefits, not to mention the amazing culture that is contagious. I look forward to continuing my journey at The HOTH.

Cons

The only cons about this company come with the territory of working in the digital marketing space. Things change and you have to be willing and able to adapt in order to be successful.

Not a great place to work

Pros

I got to beef up my resume by overachieving and getting promoted. (Timing played a big part in this) I got to understand what working in a toxic workplace was like so I don’t put myself in that situation again. Made a couple life long friends. Their CEO is genuinely a great guy.

Cons

Leadership will gaslight you. Pay is shockingly low for the MarTech space. Their numbers are down and have been decreasing for years. Leadership never gets held responsible and they lay off people that aren’t the root of the problem. The good leaders get taken advantage of and overworked. They are like that meme-y “work from the office for the culture” kinda place that you see on tik tok where the office culture is dead and everyone complains while eating free snacks. Very fast paced, stressful, work environment. You are selling a bad product to customers. Not a long term career solution.
