Pros
NONE!! I don't say this with a light heart. Their benefits, growth potential, management style, and biases are seen as soon as you join the company. Not only from management (especially Mark & Claire), but they've made it culturally acceptable for their recruiters to do the same.
Cons
EVERYTHING!! Benefits are awful, raises are rare (if ever), management strong arms employees and never recognizes for your good work unless you're a favorite (only white girls who don't speak their mind fall in this category). Terrible culture and leadership.
