Fun, honest company with great people

Pros

The people - we all have fun, work hard, and care about each other - everyone has a pretty good sense of humor Entrepreneurial - you can make your own success Food and Fun - there are regularly HT sponsored - breakfast tacos, lunches, happy hours, networking and charity events

Cons

Organization - we could have more structure and are working towards getting more processes and systems in place Health Benefits - are costly if you have a family but there are different types of plan options which is nice and they have been able to stabilize employee cost even though total cost has gone up.

Very professional but relaxed atmosphere

Pros

Very relaxed, no stress atmosphere. Super-large nation-wide client base with high level talents across various industries. This makes my job easy since there's a creditable client and candidates base. The relationships are solid, so win-win on both ends. Nice to know that we stand out from the rest, and clients seek us out. Really love coming to work!

Cons

Wish they had stock options. This is the next big thing and I am happy to be a part of it!

Great Company for Work/Life Balance

Pros

Great work/life balance! Great management team, real ability to have an impact in the company and its success. Great co-workers, they are genuinely nice, fun people. Benefits - Variety of medical plans, generous PTO. Low stress/high energy environment.

Cons

Benefits - Limited holidays, no employer contribution to STD, LTD or Life Insurance (they are available but employee must pay entire cost)
