      Pros

      The value systems of the executive team are unsurpassed. The company always does the right thing, and people matter to them. It's a team environment here, so if you are a grouchy individual contributor, who doesn't like to work closely with other teammates, HT is not the company for you.

      Cons

      The HT Group is ramping up new systems, as they continue to grow. There are growing pains associated with these transformations.

      Pros

      Very involved and detailed leadership that is driven to help make you successful. The time commitment and expertise by the HT President to ensure this happens is impressive. What is exceptional, though, is the talent on this team. In particular, Dave Benjamin on the PRO team and Sam Wood on the Executive team are outstanding. President Chad Macy is EOS "hands on" to ensure you are successful and making the most compensation possible, while also being the most efficient. The HT Group is a great Austin company!

      Cons

      Be prepared to go "150%" to start, a lot of calls, and a bit of micro-management. But, if you are open to training and maximizing expert advise, The HT Group is a super solid Austin company in all aspects.
